Cowboy McNeil and the overall team was over were super professional and very attentive! My family and I arrived at the Lumberton Nissan dealership during the early hours on a Saturday morning. When we pulled into the parking lot, the first person who met was Cowboy McNeil with an infectious smile, posture and greeting like a soldier in the service. His display of dignity professionalism and attentiveness was very impressive. He listened to every word that was spoken, he didn’t try to push a secret agenda and was straight forward about the process and overall details. I didn’t expect to test drive one vehicle and actually purchase the vehicle on the first go round. Last, the purchasing process was the best my family and I have ever experienced. We went in and was rolling out with a brand new vehicle in about an hour and a half. This time frame included the paperwork process and the plate on the vehicle and pictures.
